Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, 1995, appoints Natalie Kinloch of North Glengarry, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($188,500 - $221,700), effective February 1, 2019.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général de 1995 sur les sociétés d’État, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Natalie Kinloch, de North Glengarry (Ontario), première dirigeante de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (188 500 $ – 221 700 $), à compter du 1er février 2019.
