   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2007-828 of May 24, 2007, appoints Sherra Profit of Summerside, Prince Edward Island, to the position of special adviser to the Minister of National Revenue, to be known as the Taxpayers ’ Ombudsman, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($123,000 - $144,600), effective July 6, 2015.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre Revenu national et en vertu de l ’ alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l ’ emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2007-828 du 24 mai 2007, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Sherra Profit, de Summerside (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), au poste de conseillère spéciale de la ministre du Revenu national, portant le titre d ’ ombudsman des contribuables, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l ’ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l ’ échelle GCQ 4 (123 000 $ - 144 600 $), à compter du 6 juillet 2015.
