Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Order in Council P.C. 2019-299 of April 8, 2019, appoints Sheri Meyerhoffer of Ottawa, Ontario, to be special adviser to the Minister for International Trade, to be styled Canadian Ombudsperson for Responsible Enterprise, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($183,600 - $216,000), effective May 1, 2019.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique et du décret C.P. 2019-299 du 8 avril 2019, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Sheri Meyerhoffer, d’Ottawa (Ontario), conseillère spéciale du ministre du Commerce international, devant porter le titre d’ombudsman canadien pour la responsabilité des entreprises, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (183 600 $ – 216 000 $), à compter du 1er mai 2019.
