Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, reappoints Beth Maureen McGrath of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective June 5, 2020.
