His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Catherine Lynn Kendall of Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the Board of Directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of James G. Doody, whose term has expired.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Catherine Lynn Kendall, de Corner Brook (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administratrice du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de James G. Doody dont le mandat a pris fin.
