His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 10 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Julie Margaret Mills of Ottawa, Ontario, a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, to be part-time Vice-Chairperson of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on June 13, 2022.
