His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Walter Michael Benzinger of Windsor, Ontario, to be a director of the Windsor Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.
