His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to paragraph 20(2)(d) and section 21 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, after consultation with organizations representative of employers, appoints Nancy Ruth Healey of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a Commissioner of the Canada Employment Insurance Commission representing employers, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective July 26, 2021.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu du paragraphe 20(2) et de l’article 21 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, après consultation des organisations patronales, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil nomme Nancy Ruth Healey, de St. John’s (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), commissaire de la Commission de l’assurance-emploi du Canada représentant les employeurs, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 26 juillet 2021.
