Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under section 3 of the Pilotage Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of John Glenn St. Marseille of Cornwall, Ontario, to be a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
