Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, under sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, re-appoints Natalie Kinloch of North Glengarry, Ontario, as Chief Executive Officer of The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($214,100 - $251,800), effective February 1, 2024.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Natalie Kinloch, de North Glengarry (Ontario), première dirigeante de La Société des ponts fédéraux Limitée, à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (214 100 $ – 251 800 $), à compter du 1er février 2024.
