Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Marine Atlantic Inc., under sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, re-appoints Murray Calvin Hupman of Channel-Port aux Basques, Newfoundland and Labrador, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Marine Atlantic Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 3 ($214,100 - $251,800), effective April 15, 2024.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Murray Calvin Hupman, de Channel-Port aux Basques (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), président et premier dirigeant de Marine Atlantique S.C.C., à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 3 (214 100 $ – 251 800$), à compter du 15 avril 2024.
