Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, under sections 3 and 11 of the Pilotage Act, approves the reappointment by the Minister of Transport of David Ernest Souliere of Peterborough, Ontario, as a member of the Great Lakes Pilotage Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
