Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, under paragraph 127.1(1)(c) of the Public Service Employment Act and Orders in Council P.C 2020-703 of September 30 2020 and P.C. 2025-321 of March 7, 2025, reappoints François Boileau of Montréal, Quebec, as special advisor to the Minister of National Revenue, to be known as the Taxpayers’ Ombudsperson, to hold office for a term of two years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 4 ($160,400 - $188,600), effective October 5, 2025.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national, en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)c) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, et conformément aux décrets C.P. 2020-703 du 30 septembre 2020 et C.P. 2025-321 du 7 mars 2025, Son Excellence la gouverneure générale en conseil, renouvelle le mandat de François Boileau, de Montréal (Québec), conseiller spécial du ministre du Revenu national, portant le titre d’ombudsman des contribuables pour une période de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 4 (160 400 $ – 188 600 $), à compter du 5 octobre 2025.
